Shipping:

While we try our best to ship your orders within two business days after payment is cleared, there could be circumstances when we are unable to do so. In such an event you will be informed of an estimated shipping date. All orders are subject to availability and the shipment could be delayed based on that. In such a case we will contact you and get further instructions.

We ship through reputed couriers. Tracking number and other details will be provided to you through email after order is shipped.

Octroi if applicable in your city is not included in basic price, the buyer has to pay when demanded by the courier company at time of delivery.

HASSLE FREE RETURN POLICY

· We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at www.assureenterprises.in – you can return all item within 30 days of receipt of goods.

· If you are not satisfied with what you have bought or you have received a defective/damaged product we’ll take the product back within 30 days from the date of delivery.

· Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging remain intact. In case the return is found ineligible for refund, we’ll not accept the product and courier it back to you. Please note that returns are subject to availability of the particular product.

What You Need To Do-

1. The product must be in unused condition and in original packaging

2. Request a Reverse Pick Up by calling us on our Helpline: 91-8368060363 or mail us at info@assureenterprises.in

3. Keep the parcel ready with the Return Form pasted on it. Please make sure that you enter the reason for returning the product type and your details, along with the Order ID and the RP ID provided to you.

4. We will schedule a reverse pick up and our courier partners will pick up the package from your address. Or you can ship the product yourself and get the cost you incurred in sending us the package as a discount in your next purchase.

Following shall NOT be eligible for Return or Replacement:

1. Damage due to misuse of product

2. Any consumable item which has been used or installed

3. Products with tampered or missing serial /UPC numbers

4. Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty

5. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product (s) delivered

6. Our Category specific policy is as follows: Personal Care Category- Diapers are not eligible for return, Diagnostic Care Category- Test Strips, Lancets are not eligible for return, Scooters, Healthcare Beds, Wheelchairs and other bulky items are not eligible for return

7. Some special rules for promotional offers may override “ www.assureenterprises.in 15 Days Return Policy”
